Cancellation Policy

1. Minimum Contract Period

All retainer engagements have a minimum period of 3 months to allow sufficient time to implement the strategy and deliver meaningful results.

2. Cancellation After Minimum Period

After 3 months, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice to Getconnect@growthroot.site.

3. Early Cancellation

• Month 1 cancellation: 100% of remaining contract value is due
• Month 2 cancellation: 50% of remaining contract value is due
• Month 3 cancellation: 30-day notice applies; no additional penalty

4. Offboarding

Upon cancellation, we will provide a final performance report, transfer all assets and data, and remove our access from Client platforms within 7 business days.

Send written notice to Getconnect@growthroot.site with your company name and intended cancellation date.
