1. Our Commitment

GrowthRoot is committed to delivering high-quality growth marketing services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.

2. Retainer Fees

Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance and are generally non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

3. New Client Satisfaction Review

New clients may request a formal review within 7 calendar days of receiving their first deliverable. At our discretion, we may offer a partial credit of up to 50% of the first month's retainer fee.

4. Ad Spend

Ad spend paid to Google, Meta, or other platforms is non-refundable and governed by the respective platform's refund policies.

5. How to Request

Email Getconnect@growthroot.site with your company name, invoice number, and description of your concern. We respond within 5 business days.
