Important: By engaging GrowthRoot's services, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the relationship between GrowthRoot Solution Pvt. Ltd. ("GrowthRoot") and any client ("you") that engages our services.

2. Services

GrowthRoot provides growth marketing services including performance marketing, CRO, analytics, email automation, and SEO. Specific deliverables are defined in the individual Service Agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your business and goals
Grant timely access to ad accounts, analytics, and platforms
Pay invoices by the due date

4. Payment Terms

Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Ad spend is billed separately at cost. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.

5. Performance & Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results but commit to applying best practices and continuous optimisation.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
